Investment Banking VP (Restructuring) - Capital Structure Advisory, NY

Location: New York, New York, United States. Workstyle: Resident. Travel is less than 25%.

Salary: $130,000–$250,000 per year. Total compensation may also include bonuses, commissions, cash, or equity.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver significant investment policies and financial product development programs.
• Coordinate investment banking activities and evaluate risks in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with strategic existing and potential accounts, including complex global clients.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and communication across client and internal organizations.
• Develop risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines for a significant area of responsibility.
• Represent the firm with clients, investors, industry organizations, boards, and professional forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 3–6 years of general professional experience.
• Expertise in investment banking, client account management, financial analysis, and market research.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the area of expertise.
• Strong verbal communication, stakeholder management, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, United States.
