What you will do
- Monitor payment file imports, processing, execution, and production job schedules.
- Respond to client inquiries about current, past, and future payment execution.
- Research and resolve user, system, and payment-processing issues.
- Follow escalation procedures and meet service level agreements.
- Coordinate testing of application, system, and process changes.
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures while supporting operational improvements, automation, training, and documentation.
Requirements
- Customer service experience; 2+ years is preferred.
- Knowledge of mainframe and/or open systems.
- Experience with production control tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
