What you will do
- Handle timely case management and inquiry resolution in Salesforce, adhering to SLAs.
- Monitor, update, and maintain Salesforce accounts, files, and cases.
- Provide proactive customer communication and follow-ups.
- Deliver reports on time and collaborate with sales on leads for revenue growth.
- Manage account retention by nurturing relationships with decision-makers.
- Gather customer feedback, propose product expansions, and partner on enhancements.
Requirements
- Exclusively open to internal applicants.
- Minimum 2 years call center or related experience preferred; proven case management or customer service.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM; familiarity with productivity software and call center tech.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, build relationships, and work collaboratively.
