Customer Account Specialist (Philippines Hybrid)

Location: Alabang, Philippines; hybrid or remote arrangement. Remote or hybrid work requires a dedicated, private workspace, internet speeds of at least 120 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, and a hard-wired computer connection. Company equipment is provided.

What you will do

• Manage customer cases and inquiries in Salesforce while meeting established service levels.
• Monitor, update, and maintain Salesforce accounts, files, and case records.
• Communicate proactively with customers and provide clear, professional follow-up.
• Deliver reports and requested information on time while maintaining accurate case data.
• Collaborate with Sales on leads, account retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and partner with leadership on product gaps and enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of call center or related experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in case management or customer service.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• For remote or hybrid work, maintain a private workspace, reliable internet, a hard-wired computer connection, and camera availability for training and meetings.
