Senior Learning Design Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $71,100–$97,800 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze knowledge and performance gaps using instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory.
• Design learning solutions, curricula, storyboards, scripts, manuals, mobile learning, performance support, and job aids.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content, learning objectives, and performance assessments.
• Measure training effectiveness through learner satisfaction, proficiency testing, and job performance improvement.
• Provide guidance to facilitators and use social media and collaborative tools to support learning.
• Conduct needs analyses with clients and influence learning strategy and project direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, learning and performance, education, performance consulting, industrial/organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in adult education or instructional design.
• Experience in a consumer-centric company within the learning function and with measuring learning solutions against performance.
• Project management experience and strong written, grammatical, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and move between strategic and tactical work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to work from a dedicated space with internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration, learning and performance, education, human resources, organizational design, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance.
• Health insurance license or ability to obtain one within the first 90 days.
