Learning Experience Senior Analyst (Instructional Design)

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-visibility, and enterprise-wide learning solution design efforts.
• Architect multi-year capability-building programs and continuous learning journeys.
• Partner with Discover consultants to align solutions with business needs and root-cause performance gaps.
• Set standards for instructional writing, multimedia development, visual communication, templates, and design best practices.
• Develop multimodal measurement tools, use learning analytics to demonstrate ROI, and improve the L&D design portfolio.
• Establish content governance, accessibility practices, peer review, and quality calibration while mentoring Learning Experience Designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of instructional design experience creating end-to-end curricula for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and digital video composition applications.
• Ability to connect development decisions to program goals and adult learning principles.
• Experience using Bloom’s taxonomy to create learning objectives.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without hirify.global immigration or employment-visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Financial Services industry experience.
• Experience with Vyond or similar animation tools.
