Senior Curriculum Designer (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; candidates will be considered nationally.

Salary: $70,100.00–$126,200.00 per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain training resources for corporate member and provider services.
• Develop instructional strategies, learning programs, online curricula, virtual simulations, and assessments.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to understand business requirements and guide learning strategy and development.
• Create project plans and oversee the maintenance of training resources and support sites.
• Assess changes in knowledge, skills, and quality outcomes, and review training objectives for needed updates.
• Research industry trends, update curricula, and facilitate training to support operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of corporate or business curriculum design or training development experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience designing online curricula in adult learning environments.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with SharePoint, Workday Learning Management, and Q-Mindshare.
