People Business Partner & Total Rewards (Cybersecurity)

Location: The Hague, Netherlands — hybrid; must be based in the Netherlands and attend the office at least 1 day per week, ideally 3.

What you will do

• Own Total Rewards end to end, including annual salary reviews, benchmarking, levelling, and salary bands.
• Manage benefits across the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, and Belgium, working with external providers.
• Manage equity grants and refreshers and explain the program to employees.
• Prepare the organization for EU pay transparency requirements in partnership with Legal and Finance.
• Partner with leaders in security operations, incident response, customer support, onboarding, and project management.
• Handle employee relations cases, including sick leave, reintegration, conduct issues, and complex cases.

Requirements

• HR Business Partner experience in a scaling technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with reward projects such as salary reviews, benchmarking, levelling, or benefits.
• Strong numerical and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to challenge senior leadership.
• Working knowledge of Dutch labor law and sound judgment about when to involve external experts.
• Professional English required; Dutch is a plus.
• Must be based in the Netherlands and comfortable working from the The Hague office.

• Dutch language skills.
