Program Manager - United Concordia Dental

What you will do

• Translate enterprise and domain strategies into integrated portfolio roadmaps, priorities, outcomes, and success measures.
• Establish portfolio governance, decision rights, escalation paths, reporting rhythms, and executive decision support.
• Coordinate dependencies, milestones, capacity, risks, and decisions across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance, data, and vendor partners.
• Monitor benefits realization, adoption, operational readiness, financial health, and delivery viability.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders while influencing across organizational boundaries.
• Coach Project Managers and delivery leads, strengthen PMO practices, and lead sustained cross-functional change.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen and pass a background check due to Department of Defense contract requirements.
• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in program management, portfolio management, strategic execution, transformation, or complex cross-functional delivery.
• Experience leading interdependent initiatives, executive communications, portfolio governance, risk management, benefits realization, and delivery through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, regulated operations, technology-enabled transformation, or another complex regulated environment.
• Experience coaching Project Managers or delivery leaders and using portfolio-management and collaboration platforms.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, technology management, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or comparable program, portfolio, change-management, or agile certification.
