Program Manager (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and multi-workstream programs aligned with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define scope, improve processes, and implement new or enhanced solutions.
• Develop integrated schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues while developing mitigation plans and driving resolution.
• Track initiative performance, prepare leadership updates, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate agile delivery practices, continuous improvement, and adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations management, program management, or project management.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate metrics, make sound recommendations, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
• Working knowledge of PMI-aligned project management practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in solar energy or retail energy.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent PMI certification.
• Master’s degree or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Microsoft Planner, and SQL.
