What you will do

• Own equipment delivery schedules from purchase through installation across active capital equipment projects.
• Manage third-party logistics providers handling freight, shipping, and receiving.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and changes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Align schedule requirements with internal stakeholders and coordinate supplier commitments.
• Ensure suppliers meet equipment delivery and installation requirements.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end project management experience, ideally involving physical goods or equipment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and autonomous execution.
• Experience with capital equipment or machine tools in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES and procurement or purchase-order systems.
• Hands-on experience with international freight, customs, equipment installation, and rigging coordination.
• Must be eligible to work under U.S. ITAR requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or person eligible to obtain the required authorizations.
