Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for raw materials, MRO, and services in SAP and Coupa.
• Forecast item consumption and manage purchase orders against historical data, SNP, MRP, and forecast requirements.
• Coordinate supplier production capacity, manufacturing requirements, shipping, delivery dates, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory, service, surplus, and production scheduling metrics through regular reports.
• Identify and escalate supply issues, maintain APO and SAP MRP parameters, and provide solutions to management.
• Direct expeditors and coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and factories to maintain supply continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of related experience is preferred.
• Basic SAP and Coupa skills, with the ability to interpret SAP data using basic algebra and statistics.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills, including formulas, charts, sorting, formatting, and print scaling.
• Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, proportions, volumes, and other business figures.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Access, or FoxPro.
• APIC CPIM experience.
