What you will do

• Lead global sourcing initiatives from project ideation through RFQs, negotiations, supplier reviews, recommendations, contracts, and project completion.
• Source and resource electrical components, including circuit breakers, contactors, switchboards, and distribution products.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve supply constraints, delivery issues, material rejections, and invoice discrepancies.
• Drive cost-reduction programs and maintain costing, standard cost, supplier source, and price records in SAP.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, Accounting, and suppliers on specifications, sourcing, quality, and delivery.
• Prepare sourcing recommendations, reports, status updates, and supplier performance feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or a related bachelor’s degree with successful completion of CPM certification.
• 2–5 years of purchasing experience.
• Experience with sourcing, quotations, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and delivery performance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, materials, accounting, and suppliers.
• Manufacturing and electronics experience is beneficial.
• Work is based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
