Senior Associate Director, Nexus, Client Delivery (Private Equity and Private Debt)

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada; hybrid workplace

Salary: CAD 105,000–154,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own the quality, timeliness, and control of deliverables for assigned private equity, private debt, and real estate fund portfolios.
• Review NAV calculations, fees, waterfalls, capital activity, investor reporting, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Lead planning meetings, coordinate priorities and resources, and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage team members while supporting their development.
• Manage client and third-party meetings, act as the first escalation point, and drive issues through resolution.
• Oversee new fund onboarding, reporting and system design, process improvements, and delivery-risk management.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in fund administration or audit.
• Experience managing complex mandates, client escalations, and delivery risk.
• Proficiency with Investran or other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of private equity and private debt fund structures, investor reporting, and financial systems.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting designation is preferred.
