Finance Trainee

Global media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, streaming, theme park, and consumer entertainment content.

What you will do

• Track P&A budgets and actual expenses with local Marketing and Sales departments.
• Support reporting to headquarters and analyze financial data using SAP.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
• Review expense reports in CONCUR and supervise invoice accounting.
• Follow up on outsourced accounts payable and accounts receivable activities and prepare daily KPI reports.
• Support internal, external, statutory, tax, and title audits, as well as customer and vendor reconciliations.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics, completed within the last three years.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze and present financial data and communicate effectively.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in film and the entertainment industry.
