What you will do

• Support lending and debt advisory activities across Power and Renewable Energy financings in Europe, including origination, strategic planning, marketing, client engagement, and execution.
• Build and review complex financial models that reflect transaction terms and due diligence inputs, run sensitivity analyses, and update models as deals evolve.
• Assist with structuring and placing debt financings, coordinating due diligence providers and legal advisors, and preparing teasers, information memoranda, and other marketing materials.
• Review due diligence materials, financial models, and documentation; participate in client and advisor negotiations and support internal credit and pricing committee presentations.
• Design value-added financing solutions and support business development and proposal preparation.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, primarily on financial modelling workstreams.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in structured finance within advisory and/or lending.
• Strong expertise in renewable energy and the broader energy transition landscape, with deep Energy and Infrastructure sector knowledge supported by relevant deal experience.
• Solid understanding of legal frameworks and documentation used in non-recourse project finance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong structured finance fundamentals, including cash flow analysis and senior, HoldCo, and subordinated debt structuring.
• Experience drafting proposals and supporting business development efforts.
• Ability to review and build complex financial models.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex topics to senior audiences.
• Sound understanding of debt, equity, and derivative markets; proactive mindset, strong execution focus, ability to perform in a demanding environment, and team-oriented approach.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
