Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (GCP)

Location: Remote within the United States; must be a U.S. citizen currently residing in the United States.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
• Write, maintain, and review modular Terraform configurations for infrastructure as code.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment and application delivery.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to improve cloud performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor reliability, troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, and maintain high availability across services.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the United States due to government contract and security compliance requirements.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Platform Engineering.
• Strong production experience with GCP services including Compute Engine, IAM, VPCs, and cloud networking.
• Production-scale Terraform expertise and experience creating CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GCP Cloud Build.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Google Kubernetes Engine, plus understanding of zero-trust security, IAM governance, and cloud compliance auditing.
• Contract-basis engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience with or exposure to Atlantis for pull-request-driven Terraform automation and execution.
