Location: Remote across Canada, Europe, and Latin America

is building a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done.
What you will do
- Own infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and scaling across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes environments, and automated deployment flows.
- Design isolated multi-tenant environments for enterprise customers.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, performance dashboards, and infrastructure observability.
- Lead data protection, encryption, threat detection, security reviews, compliance efforts, and audits.
- Manage Terraform and Ansible infrastructure as code and partner with engineering on a more efficient and secure cloud architecture.
Requirements
- Professional experience managing cloud infrastructure with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong background in CI/CD, container orchestration, and automated scaling.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure security, including encryption, access control, and monitoring.
- Ability to balance performance, cost, and reliability when designing systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach to reliability and safety decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Heroku, Cloudflare, or Vercel.
- Background in security compliance frameworks and audit preparation.
- Experience tuning performance for multi-tenant SaaS systems.
