Senior Program Manager (AI)

Location: United States, remote across North America

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple development teams, products, and organizations.
• Oversee program portfolios, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and critical blockers.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and executive stakeholders, communicating progress and driving alignment.
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate technical trade-offs and make informed decisions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business implications and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in software engineering or another highly technical environment.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple product development teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, artificial intelligence, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to engage senior leaders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and navigate ambiguity and complex challenges.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and executive-influence skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or across North America.

Nice to have

• Experience in Mag 7, FAANG, a high-growth company, or a startup.
• Experience managing technical programs in a client-facing, consulting, or professional services environment.
