Delivery Director (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Brazil, Colombia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, or North Macedonia

What you will do

• Lead client accounts and agree measurable definitions of success, tracking and presenting results through quarterly business reviews.
• Plan delivery around client goals, manage changing priorities and dependencies, and forecast capacity, timelines, and staffing.
• Lead and grow account delivery teams while establishing AI-first ways of working.
• Own deliverables, acceptance criteria, assumptions, change control, renewals, account quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Design and build AI workflows in which AI agents support analysis, engineering, and QA with human review and quality controls.
• Protect account margins, price scope changes, identify new opportunities, and advise client technology leaders on technical trade-offs.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex software delivery for external clients at account level.
• Track record of demonstrating measurable business results to clients.
• Experience with delivery forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, pricing models, margins, and proposals.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and reusing AI workflows in delivery, including knowing when not to use AI.
• Technical understanding of architecture, integrations, and technical debt, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
