Senior Program Manager – (Medical Device System)

Salary: GBP 100,000–150,000 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead global, cross-functional and cross-business-unit teams developing and commercializing digital, electro-mechanical, and robotic medical devices.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and manage complex development programs, portfolios, risks, and issues.
• Oversee projects from initiation through delivery and act as a liaison between functional teams and business leadership.
• Drive new product development and lifecycle management for products, processes, and therapies.
• Support requirements planning, elicitation, and management for key stakeholders.
• Report project status, progress, and risk mitigation strategies to executive business leaders.

Requirements

• Strong end-to-end project management experience in hardware and embedded software development.
• Senior experience leading complex projects and programs across functions and business units.
• Experience with sequential, waterfall, Scrum, and Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with highly regulated or safety-critical systems; medical device experience is strongly preferred.
• Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Recognized project management qualification or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe.
