What you will do

• Drive growth and differentiation across the obesity and weight-loss category.
• Research patient needs and translate insights into product features, messaging, and commercial strategy.
• Lead pricing, margin, lifetime value, financial modelling, and performance measurement.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with marketing to increase adoption and engagement.
• Partner with product, clinical, technology, marketing, and legal teams on product enhancements and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build scalable processes and frameworks while continuously testing and improving commercial and product initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, growth, product, or product marketing, ideally in healthcare, consumer, or digital businesses.
• Proven success scaling customer-facing propositions from strategy through execution and iteration.
• Strong commercial skills, including pricing, financial modelling, and performance metrics.
• Customer empathy and commitment to human-centred healthcare experiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional work across product, clinical, marketing, and legal teams.
• Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Familiarity with recent AI developments and their applications in care delivery or operational efficiency.
