Delivery Program Manager (AI/Cloud-Native)

Salary: €74.2K–€106K annually + equity for the EU

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer delivery engagements, including scoping, kickoff, governance, delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
• Run customer engagements, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and handle escalations.
• Review technical assumptions in scopes and Statements of Work with solution architects.
• Build reusable delivery assets such as playbooks, runbooks, SOW templates, reference architectures, and onboarding guides.
• Package repeatable customer patterns into fixed-scope professional services offerings with defined outcomes, durations, and pricing inputs.
• Build intake, capacity planning, governance, KPI reporting, change-order, and delivery tracking frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward-deployed engineering services, or equivalent cross-functional roles.
• Experience delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company.
• Experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch.
• Strong technical fluency, including participation in systems architecture discussions and understanding of system dependencies.
• Experience with professional services tooling and business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or PSA tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, structured problem solving, facilitation, systems thinking, and personal accountability.

Nice to have

• Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience scaling a professional services, delivery, or support services organization.
• Experience working with third-party partners and systems integrators.
