Director of EAP Operations

Location: Hybrid; open to candidates in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Candidates in North America must reside within the EST or CST time zones.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operating model for Expanded Access Program and Site Management delivery.
• Translate portfolio forecasts and strategy into capacity planning, organizational design, and hiring priorities.
• Build resilient coverage and escalation models across the portfolio.
• Lead Program Management and Site Management teams across clients and geographies.
• Drive standardization, tooling improvements, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Establish governance through KPIs, performance reviews, risk management, and quality oversight.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience leading and managing Expanded Access Programs.
• Strong understanding of EAP compliance, regulatory frameworks, and operational requirements.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams and scaling operational teams in complex settings.
• Strong commercial, client service, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Track record of scaling delivery, managing risk, and raising performance standards.
• Ability to lead managers, develop successors, and maintain quality and accountability under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in a market access setting.
• Experience with multi-country reimbursement strategies.
