What you will do

• Recruit doctors for market research studies and build a stable panel of healthcare professionals.
• Call doctors to invite them to participate in studies and join the panel.
• Conduct follow-up calls to increase questionnaire completion and participation rates.
• Build trusting relationships with participants and support them with questions.
• Keep healthcare professional information accurate and up to date.
• Handle documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and occasional text translations.

Requirements

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English required for training, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills by telephone and email.
• Analytical skills.
