What you will do

• Architect and execute the end-to-end financial strategy for a global trading organization.
• Build and continuously optimize a unified financial ecosystem covering FP&A, treasury, liquidity, reporting, tax, and financial risk management.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and multi-currency liquidity management.
• Partner with executive leadership to align financial strategy with growth, profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Scale finance operations across multiple jurisdictions and currencies under regulated and high-volatility market conditions.
• Work with PSPs, payment ecosystems, and liquidity providers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role such as CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance.
• Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, or other high-growth international environments.
• End-to-end experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and multi-currency liquidity management.
• Experience in regulated or high-risk financial environments, with hands-on exposure to compliance and audit processes.
• Experience with FX, brokerage, or global trading platforms serving retail clients.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, executive partnership, and strategic decision-making skills.
