Manager, Treasury

Location: Remote available within the United States; office locations listed in Cambridge, MA, Clearfield, UT, St. Petersburg, FL, and Reston, VA.

Salary: $117,500–$307,500 base salary per year

What you will do

• Manage the Treasury function and supervise a Treasury Analyst.
• Monitor investment portfolios, evaluate performance, and coordinate due diligence with investment managers.
• Lead the corporate insurance program, including coverage, renewals, claims, and certificates.
• Oversee cash flow projections, daily liquidity, lines of credit, and cash account administration.
• Coordinate with retirement plan administrators, investment advisors, banks, debt providers, rating agencies, insurers, legal counsel, and other external partners.
• Prepare audit documentation, maintain Treasury procedures, and present investment and retirement plan information to the Finance Committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and/or treasury.
• Advanced finance modeling skills and deep knowledge of corporate finance theory and practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, project management, and staff leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Selected applicants may be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CFA, CTP, or CPA certification.
• Familiarity with government contracting, investment portfolio reporting, investment banking, or consulting.
