Head of Finance (Stablecoin Infrastructure)

hirify.global provides infrastructure for launching, managing, and using stablecoins in payments, embedded finance, and compliant financial institution programs.

What you will do

• Build and lead the finance team across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and board-level reporting for executive and investor decision-making.
• Bring accounting operations in-house and establish a timely, accurate, audit-ready close process.
• Set treasury strategy and manage cash, liquidity, reserve systems, and payment execution across fiat and on-chain rails.
• Own regulatory and compliance reporting for reserve programs in partnership with Compliance.
• Document procedures and build cross-coverage across treasury execution and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with hands-on ownership of FP&A and accounting.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, executive and board reporting, accounting controls, and close processes.
• Experience managing treasury or cash and liquidity across multiple banking relationships and trading systems.
• Experience building and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Ability to work directly with executives, boards, investors, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering.

Nice to have

• Exposure to wallets, exchanges, custodians, USDC, USDT, or other on-chain and custodial rails.
• Experience managing complex payment flows across corporate and customer funds.
• Digital asset or stablecoin accounting experience, including reserve reconciliation and fair-value treatment.
• CPA or MBA.
