Senior ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote within the United States; must reside in the United States and perform the work there. US citizenship is required. The position is associated with Reston, Virginia, and requires the ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.

Salary: $98,614.00–$167,644.00 per year

What you will do

• Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications based on client business and functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Support data migration from legacy systems and validate accurate ServiceNow data structures.
• Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications.
• Test configurations, troubleshoot incidents, resolve implementation issues, and support user training and change management.
• Document technical decisions and collaborate with architects, analysts, project managers, implementation specialists, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience and 3+ years implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• At least 1 year of Portal customization experience and at least 1 year of advanced JavaScript experience.
• At least 2 years of agile software development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• US citizenship and residence in the United States are required; work must be performed in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Advanced ServiceNow scripting, App Engine configuration, data migration, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
• Active DHS or DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with Agile Scrum teams and stakeholder presentations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
