ServiceNow Developer

Location: Nationwide remote within the United States; candidates must reside and perform the work in the U.S. US citizenship is required. The position is associated with Reston, Virginia, and requires the ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.

Salary: $81,499–$138,549 annually

What you will do

• Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications based on client business requirements.
• Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Support data migration from legacy systems and validate data structures, accuracy, and consistency.
• Assist with ServiceNow integrations and create technical documentation for configurations and design decisions.
• Test solutions, troubleshoot incidents, resolve technical issues, and support user training and change management.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, implementation specialists, support teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience and 2+ years implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• At least 1 year of JavaScript and agile software development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• US citizenship and residence in the United States are required; work must be performed in the United States.
• Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, testing, and technical documentation skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Advanced JavaScript, App Engine configuration, and complex ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Active DHS or DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with data migration, agile Scrum teams, stakeholder presentations, and autonomous delivery.
