Implementation Team Lead - US (Cybersecurity SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor Implementation Managers, conduct regular one-to-one meetings, and support professional development.
• Monitor team workloads, KPIs, dashboards, operational metrics, implementation progress, and delivery standards.
• Identify and proactively manage at-risk customer implementations, escalating issues and supporting timely resolution.
• Coordinate coverage for virtual classrooms, in-person sessions, webinars, kick-off calls, and North America tickets.
• Drive strategic customer implementations and implement process improvements across operations.
• Lead North America stand-ups, encourage knowledge sharing, and identify training gaps.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Implementation Lead, or in a similar leadership role, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Strong people management and coaching skills, including individual development support and one-to-one meetings.
• Strong implementation and project management experience across multiple customer implementations.
• Experience using KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics to monitor workloads, team performance, and delivery progress.
• Strong escalation management, problem-solving, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and leadership skills, including running stand-ups and working cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Understanding of technical implementations involving Microsoft 365, Microsoft technologies, or a technical SaaS environment.
