Senior Project Manager MEP (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems across high-value projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee programmes, budgets, quality standards, project controls, reporting, and risk management.
• Lead technical reviews and resolve design changes, technical queries, contract variations, and delivery issues.
• Apply digital delivery tools, BIM-enabled processes, data-driven decisions, and modern construction methodologies.
• Mentor team members and promote health, safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering MEP packages on data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or other complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, building services engineering, and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading diverse project teams and managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Commercial awareness with experience in contract administration and change management.
• Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Must have the right to work in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with BIM-enabled delivery, digital project controls, and modern construction technologies.
