Digital Project Manager (d/f/m) SAP S/4HANA Finance

Location: Hamburg Area, Germany; work at the hirify.global civil aircraft production site in Hamburg with flexible working hours and mobile working options.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP Financials implementations that improve operational efficiency and support finance transformation.
• Design and implement SAP FI/CO solutions integrated with modules such as MM and SD.
• Design and configure SAP Banking processes, including incoming and outgoing payments, payment interfaces, bank statement integration, reconciliation, and payment file structures.
• Translate Finance and Banking requirements into functional and technical solutions aligned with corporate goals.
• Develop and enhance finance solutions and support complex production issues when required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO development, configuration, and performance optimization.
• Strong expertise in SAP Banking, including payment file configuration and bank statement integration.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach and experience working with international teams and diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Central Finance.
• Proficiency in French and/or German.
