Project Manager (eCommerce)

Location: Hybrid role based in Faro, Lisbon, or Porto, Portugal; office attendance averages four days per week.

What you will do

• Lead complex software development and eCommerce projects using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage interdependencies, and resolve blockers.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, resources, and project budgets.
• Lead teams with varying levels of Agile experience and improve delivery processes.
• Manage client expectations, stakeholder communications, meetings, reviews, and escalations.
• Support Junior Project Managers and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience in software development and eCommerce platform projects, ideally in retail.
• Experience managing re-platforming projects, including ownership of the cutover process and scope control.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, modern development practices, and Agile delivery.
• Experience managing teams, project resources, financial budgets, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong negotiation, organization, communication, critical-thinking, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English; CV must be submitted in English.
