What you will do

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from discovery through execution and track measurable business outcomes.
• Apply structured problem-solving and data analysis to complex operational challenges.
• Develop project roadmaps, milestones, and accountability mechanisms to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency, accelerate growth, and strengthen decision-making.
• Present data-driven recommendations and build scalable processes, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead operating teams as pilot processes transition into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations in high-growth environments.
• Experience scoping, structuring, and independently delivering complex initiatives end to end.
• Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI, including dashboard creation and maintenance.
• Strong SQL querying skills and the ability to create presentations that connect data and insights to business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills, with comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Collaborative, resourceful, and confident in constructively challenging assumptions.

• Business acumen and experience in retail operations or marketplace environments.
