Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead medium-to-large Finance, BPO, and GBS projects from initiation and planning through execution, go-live, stabilization, and closure.
• Develop integrated project plans covering milestones, resources, budgets, scope, outcomes, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
• Maintain RAID, decision, change, action, and dependency logs, and prepare governance and steering materials.
• Coordinate Finance, GBS, BPO, IT, Tax, business, and third-party stakeholders across countries and time zones.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, training, communications, knowledge transfer, cutover, hypercare, and transition to operations.
• Use Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved tools for project documentation while validating AI-supported outputs and retaining accountability for project records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Active PMP certification required.
• 6–8 years of recent hands-on project management experience in a multinational, matrixed organization.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects involving multiple countries, stakeholders, and systems, including Finance, GBS/shared services, ERP, Order Management, e-commerce, tax, e-invoicing, or integration.
• Strong capabilities in project planning, budget, risk, issue, dependency, change control, testing, cutover, training, and hypercare coordination.
• Fluent written and spoken English required. A valid passport and flexibility for domestic and international travel are also required.
