Senior Group Procurement Buyer

What you will do

• Own end-to-end category management for assigned spend areas and develop multi-year sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and supplier assessments.
• Design and run RFI, RFP, and tender processes, including supplier evaluation and selection.
• Lead negotiations covering price, service levels, risk allocation, and commercial terms.
• Manage high-value B2B agreements, including the VistaPrint contract, with appropriate governance and margin controls.
• Establish supplier KPIs, mitigate supply risks, and improve procurement processes, policies, and tools.

Requirements

• Extensive procurement experience with category ownership and direct supplier negotiation responsibilities.
• Experience managing the full procurement cycle from strategy through contract execution and performance management.
• Strong commercial acumen, including business-case development, contract-term review, and financial-risk evaluation.
• Proven success negotiating high-value commercial agreements that deliver savings and measurable value.
• Hands-on experience with procurement or ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa, alongside spend analytics tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• CIPS qualification or progress toward CIPS certification.
• Procurement experience in manufacturing, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
• Experience with Kraljic matrix, total cost of ownership modeling, or should-cost analysis.
