Enterprise Projects Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage medium to large-scale projects within the Infrastructure, Platforms & Software program.
• Coordinate stakeholders across technology optimization, procurement, finance, business, operations, and executive management.
• Define project scope, timelines, feasibility, and delivery plans.
• Monitor multiple projects, track activities, and report progress to management.
• Lead project problem-solving and resolution efforts, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare, distribute, and present project reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in a relevant area such as clinical operations, applied mathematics, IT, data management, business, laboratory work, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data capture and compilation tools.
• Strong project leadership, project planning, analytical thinking, and quality control skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships and deliver results according to quality guidelines and timelines.
