Enabling Technologies Project Lead (Iberia)

Location: Madrid, Madrid, Spain; regular presence in the operating room environment is required.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of the ARVIS Limited Market Release and early launch phases.
• Coordinate readiness across hospitals, sites, sales, marketing, operations, and international enabling-technology stakeholders.
• Oversee training for surgeons, operating-room teams, and internal stakeholders, including hands-on support during the first 3–5 procedures at each site.
• Coordinate system deployment, logistics, site readiness, and escalation of operational issues.
• Monitor post-deployment utilisation, address adoption barriers, and drive continuous improvement across accounts.
• Support the introduction of additional digital, robotic, and integrated-care technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in medical technology, preferably with surgical technologies, navigation, robotics, or capital equipment.
• Proven experience with product launches, clinical support or field operations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong operational execution, structured problem-solving, and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Credibility with surgeons and clinical teams, plus strong stakeholder-management skills across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Willingness to be present in the operating room environment.
