Project Manager (Insurance Software)

Location: Sofia, Burgas, or hybrid Madrid, Bulgaria or Spain

hirify.global develops cloud-native core software solutions for the insurance industry, including the INSIS platform for policy, claims, and billing operations.

What you will do

• Lead one or more INSIS implementation projects from initiation through go-live and handover to support.
• Own project plans, budgets, margins, timelines, and delivery quality.
• Manage scope, change requests, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Run project governance with clients and partners, including steering committees, status reporting, and escalations.
• Lead cross-functional teams of business consultants, developers, and implementation partners.
• Support presales and adapt the implementation methodology to each project.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing IT or software implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid project methodologies and project governance.
• Experience managing project budgets, effort, and margin.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Insurance industry or enterprise systems implementation experience; INSIS knowledge is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certification.
• Experience with international clients and implementation partners.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, or Confluence.
