AI Project Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate internal and external AI communications, including newsletters, webinars, events, AI Hub content and corporate channels.
• Build thought leadership activities such as conference opportunities, speaker preparation, white papers and publications on AI in education.
• Manage relationships with research institutions, academic partners, AI partners and vendors.
• Build and maintain the AI partnership and acquisition funnel, conduct first-pass screening and coordinate technical, product, privacy and compliance assessments.
• Lead AI initiatives end to end, including scoping, planning, stakeholder coordination, delivery and closure.
• Facilitate working sessions, steering updates and executive decision-making across operating companies and central functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project, programme or initiative management in a digital, technology or innovation context, including at least 2 years connected to AI, data or digital transformation.
• Experience with corporate or B2B communication, executive-level materials, external-facing content and senior stakeholder support.
• Strong stakeholder management, project organization, facilitation and ability to structure ambiguous work without formal authority.
• Sound understanding of AI and data concepts, with the ability to translate technical work for business and public audiences.
• Excellent written English is required. Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and content or intranet platforms is expected.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum.
• Additional coursework or certification in AI/ML, communications or digital transformation.
• Experience in education, publishing, EdTech or with research institutions.
• Exposure to partnership management, vendor evaluation, corporate development or M&A support.
