Contacts & Proposal Developer

What you will do

• Review requests for proposal and identify information needed for proposal text and budget development.
• Prepare text, budgets, rebids, preliminary agreements, and related proposal documents.
• Define scopes of work accurately and ensure budgets reflect the agreed scope.
• Participate in strategy calls to clarify customer requirements and resolve information discrepancies.
• Perform quality control edits and support document finalization and distribution.
• Maintain corporate databases and ensure accurate tracking reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of direct experience in proposals, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and costing models.
• Fluent English required; the résumé/CV must be submitted in English.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.
