Cloud Software Architect

What you will do

• Design and implement secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective architectures across public and private cloud environments.
• Write infrastructure as code, build prototypes, review implementations, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives based on business value, operational risk, cost, and time to market.
• Collaborate with software, platform, security, operations, and product teams to deliver production-ready cloud solutions.
• Drive cloud-native engineering practices using Terraform, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, and policy as code.
• Coach engineers and Tech Leads through pairing, design sessions, and code reviews while ensuring high-volume service resilience and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, distributed systems, software engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Strong hands-on engineering experience in automation, scripting, prototyping, code reviews, production troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, identity and access management, security, observability, scalability, and resilience.
• Practical experience with Java, Terraform, Kubernetes, containers, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native managed services.
• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level required.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn modern development frameworks and methodologies.
