Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania or Helsinki, Finland

What you will do

• Lead and centralize IT architecture topics in alignment with business and digital data teams.
• Define, maintain, and evolve current and target information systems architecture, including long-term projections.
• Assess the impact of new initiatives and perform gap analysis between AS-IS and TO-BE architectures.
• Design structured transition scenarios and contribute to business and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Maintain a 360-degree view of business, data, applications, and technology architecture.
• Establish architecture governance, supervise roadmap implementation, and share best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Architect or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong expertise in information systems architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and domain-driven design.
• Knowledge of ESB, EAI, MOM, ETL, and API management technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture concepts to diverse stakeholders and work in international, cross-functional environments.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the retail industry.
• TOGAF V9 certification.
• French language skills.
