Solution/Enterprise Architect (with German)

Location: Remote, hybrid, or onsite across Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands. The role also contributes to Munich as a European hub.

Salary: EUR 5,000–9,600 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Support multiple European pre-sales initiatives, including discovery phases, technical assessments, RFP/RFI responses, and solution estimation.
• Translate business objectives into clear solution approaches and define end-to-end architectures.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions using modern cloud technologies.
• Produce C4 diagrams, context models, integration diagrams, and cloud topologies while maintaining architectural consistency.
• Facilitate workshops, architectural deep dives, reviews, and quality gates with business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams, support transition into delivery, and act as a trusted technology advisor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect.
• Background in software development and experience with European enterprise clients.
• Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure and architectural documentation.
• Experience in at least three domains, including FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, AI/ML, or Data Platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, ownership, and decision-making skills.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above and German at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect certification.
• TOGAF, Kubernetes, or SAFe Architect certification.
