AI Platform Architect

Location: Remote in Romania; role based in Brasov

What you will do

• Design and maintain AI solution and integration architectures across business systems, data sources, APIs, and identity and security services.
• Develop the AI platform roadmap, target architectures, solution designs, and phased implementation plans.
• Own and manage the Langdock AI platform, including administration, governance, standards, security controls, and lifecycle management.
• Support Business Groups in identifying, architecting, and integrating AI use cases into existing processes and systems.
• Lead group-wide AI initiatives, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and provide recommendations for enterprise adoption.
• Drive user adoption through enablement and stakeholder engagement while managing platform vendors and external partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, platform ownership, or enterprise technology services.
• Hands-on experience operating and governing enterprise AI platforms in a large-enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
• Excellent communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and business-to-technical translation skills.
• Fluent English required; willingness to travel internationally is required.
