Director of Marketing Operations (AI)

Location: London, UK; minimum 2 days in the office

What you will do

• Lead and mentor two direct reports while prioritising and delivering the Marketing Operations roadmap.
• Own the marketing technology stack, including technology assessment, budgeting, vendor management, and stack rationalisation.
• Manage lead and account scoring and surface actionable intent signals for Sales.
• Govern data quality and integrations across Salesforce and HubSpot in partnership with Revenue Operations.
• Define campaign infrastructure, attribution reporting, and the measurement methodology used as the source of truth for performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Product, and RevOps to improve go-to-market operations, efficiency, and automation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay, with the ability to connect them to a broader marketing technology stack.
• Experience with tools and channels including Claude, Intercom, Qualified, Google Analytics, paid media, and SEO/GEO tooling.
• Technical leadership experience using AI to deliver meaningful outcomes in a team environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong ownership and the ability to connect cross-functional problems to measurable impact.
• Ability to work from London with a minimum of 2 office days per week.
