What you will do

• Define and evolve the global Marketing Sciences strategy and multi-year capability roadmap.
• Position Marketing Sciences as a strategic partner and growth engine within the organization.
• Partner with client services and sales leadership to expand consulting engagements and improve win rates.
• Transform regional execution teams into a globally integrated operating model with clear accountability and governance.
• Build leadership pipelines, career paths, and a culture of learning, innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Accelerate AI and automation adoption while improving productivity, quality, scalability, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale analytics or insights organizations.
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated impact on revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of marketing science, analytics, consumer insights, or adjacent fields.
• Proven experience leading global and geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience building operating models, shared services, or scaled delivery organizations.
• Strong executive presence and a track record of leading transformation and change initiatives.
