Principal Business Analyst, Investment Technology (Investment Management)

Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom; hybrid work with at least four full days each week in the advertised office

What you will do

• Analyze requirements and deliver innovative IT solutions and tooling for Transfer Agency, Finance, and Distribution operations.
• Collaborate with Investment, Oversight, Client Reporting, and business teams to develop capabilities and enhancements.
• Deliver technology changes aligned with the cloud-first strategy using Agile, iterative, and MVP approaches.
• Document analysis and solutions for business and technology leaders.
• Build strong relationships with internal business users and support improvements across multiple business areas.

Requirements

• Degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or statistics from a fully accredited university.
• Strong understanding of investment management and proven asset management or Transfer Agency experience within the last five years.
• Technical understanding of SQL and databases, with a track record of analyzing business requirements and implementing technical solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Structured approach, attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Transfer Agency, investment data, and technology platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake for operational oversight and data solutions.
• Experience with key industry software applications.
