Regional Alliance Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Austria; candidates must be located in Vienna

Cybersecurity company developing an AI-native platform that protects organizations by processing large-scale security event data and preventing breaches.

What you will do

• Design, build, and implement the regional channel strategy and annual business plan.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with existing distribution, VAR, reseller, and referral partners.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners.
• Coordinate technical enablement with Channel Solution Architects and support collaboration between internal and partner sales and technical teams.
• Coordinate partner marketing programs, events, and campaigns with field marketing.
• Travel up to 50% while maintaining knowledge of the territory, industry, products, competition, and partner landscape.

Requirements

• 7+ years of channel sales experience in a B2B software or SaaS environment with a consistent record of exceeding quotas.
• Information security industry experience and strong technical knowledge of security and networking technologies.
• Experience recruiting and developing partner relationships and influencing channel decision-makers.
• Strategic, proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
