Senior Strategy Analyst (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work. Work from home is available on Mondays and Fridays, with office attendance on other weekdays.

What you will do

• Develop and optimise promotional and pricing strategies using data analysis, experimentation, scenario modelling, and price elasticity analysis.
• Analyse marketing campaigns, conversion funnels, product performance, and portfolio results to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Define key performance indicators and create monitoring to support financial forecasting and portfolio analytics.
• Evaluate new product, channel, and customer segment expansion opportunities using commercial assessment frameworks, ROI, and NPV models.
• Partner with Credit Risk, Data Science, Product, and Growth teams to implement strategies and validate outcomes after deployment.
• Present data-backed recommendations to senior leadership and mentor junior graduate analysts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytics role, such as Growth, Credit Risk, Product Analytics, or Marketing.
• Proficiency in coding, ideally with SQL and Python.
• Experience solving commercial and analytical problems across multiple business areas.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, with regular office attendance.
